Tattoo clients: A booking fee is required upon booking. This fee is strictly non refundable/transferable. And will go towards your treatment cost.
Any changes must be made 5 days prior to your appointment or you will simply forfeit your fee, to rebook you will have to transfer a new fee.
New client bookings: Upon booking you will be asked to enter your card details. This is to secure your booking.
Cancelations & no shows: New clients & Existing clients
All appointment booked require a 50% payment of treatment cost. Please allow 48 hours notices to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any appointments that are canceled/rescheduled within the 48 hour period will simply forfeit their deposit. No shows will require to pay 100% of the treatment cost (this will be deducted from card provided).
If you are suffering from any flu like symptoms, I will kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive with symptoms, unfortunately your appointment will be canceled & a 100% payment will be required.
